The readings were incredibly useful, especially the NYT article on false photos. It brings up a good point concerning the website tutorial on falsely aging images. While the practice may be fun, it does present some issues with historical truthfulness. Martin, thanks for putting this link on your blog! I was very uncomfortable and I am still somewhat uncomfortable about historians using Photoshop and adding colors to a black and white photo. But this link made me rethink about it. I still keep worrying about how accurate the colors are but these colored-photos are very powerful and beautiful!
